For many of us, the past is one
part of our life we are afraid to face, deal with and let go. The thought of these experiences alone, is enough to trigger unhealthy emotions that affect our whole wellbeing.
At other times,
we chose destructive ways to deal with the past thinking that these ways are
the best possible ways.
