🎤All the single ladies, all the single ladies....
No matter how single you are and loving your status, most of
us get to that age when many people around begin to drop subtle comments that
you need to get the M.R.S. Degree. Though some will ask you outrightly; “When
are you bringing the lucky guy home?”
Then, ACTION!!!
*Screams* I’m excited *jumping up* “He just proposed to me”
This is so the reaction of many ladies when their boyfriends
propose marriage to them. Then the next thing is flooding of their social media
handles with the bling bling – the big ring and if they were lucky to have a
proposal video, that too goes online.
After the proposal, the wedding preparation starts and advice begins to fly in from all angles – both wanted and
unwanted. But no matter the advice you get, the shocker comes when you get
married only to find out that there were many things you were not told about or
never knew.
If you are on the path to the altar or just newly wedded,
this is for you - things no one told me before I got married. And yes, I have more
than two years experience so please don’t ask me if that makes me an expert.
Rather ask a job seeker what two years experience mean and she will tell you
it’s quite a lot especially if that is the requirement to get the job.
What was the shocker you got in marriage and wished you knew
about beforehand?
